Andre Irving
Founder | Instructor
Andre Irving, a seasoned Salsa On2 instructor and performance director, has been shaping the NYC salsa scene since 2015. With over a decade of experience, he has trained countless dancers, choreographed electrifying performances, and taught internationally in Italy, Bulgaria, and Mexico City.
Andre specializes in turn technique, body movement, and stage performance. He helps students learn salsa while building their confidence in social dancing and performing. Now, as a co-founder of Cucala Dance Company, he continues to inspire dancers in Queens, NYC.
Gabriela Nuñez
Founder | Instructor
With over 20 years of experience, Gabriela Nuñez is a powerhouse in New York Style Salsa. She began her journey at just 9 years old at Ridgewood Dance Studio and later refined her technique at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, mastering Ballet, Jazz, and West African dance.
Her salsa expertise and stage presence have taken her across the globe, performing and teaching in Turkey, Bulgaria, Italy, and France. Beyond dance, Gabriela is a passionate educator, having worked with the NYCDOE to introduce dance to children.
Now, as a co-founder of Cucala Dance Company, she leads both adult salsa training and youth dance programs, shaping the next generation of dancers.

Born in Greece, Kalli Siamidou has been immersed in dance for over 20 years. Starting with Latin Dancesport at 12, she later coached national championship-winning hip-hop and Latin teams while earning a degree in Physical Education & Sports Science.
Her expertise in body mechanics and movement makes her an exceptional instructor for those looking to improve technique, styling, and dance connection. As a co-founder of Cucala Dance Company, she shares her deep understanding of partnerwork and improvisation, helping dancers express themselves freely.
Additionally, Kalli is the founder of Wedding Dance Vows, guiding couples to create unforgettable first dances.

A passionate Salsa On2 dancer and instructor, Paul Gonzalez discovered salsa in 2016 and has since dedicated himself to mastering the art form. His classes are energetic and detailed, perfect for dancers looking to improve their musicality and connection.
