Class Cancellation Policy
At Cucala Dance Company, we understand that unexpected events may prevent you from attending class. To ensure fairness and transparency for all students, we have established the following Dance Class Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation Timeframe
All cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before class starts.
2. How to Cancel a Class
Cancellations must be communicated via email, phone, or our online booking system.
3. Late Cancellations
Any cancellations made less than 3 hours before the class will be considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations are non-refundable, and the class fee will be charged to the student’s account.
4. No-Show Policy
If a student does not attend a class without prior notice, it will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows forfeit the class fee and are not eligible for refunds
5. Exceptions to the Policy
Exceptions may be granted case-by-case for extenuating circumstances such as illness or emergencies. Supporting documentation may be required for exception requests.
6. Make-Up Classes
Students may be eligible to attend a make-up class within a specified timeframe, depending on class availability. Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
7. Class Cancellations by Cucala Dance Company
If Cucala Dance Company cancels a class due to instructor illness, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify students as soon as possible. Students affected by company-initiated cancellations may receive a refund or credit toward future classes.
8. Policy Review & Updates
This Dance Class Cancellation Policy is subject to periodic reviews and updates as needed.
