Improv Session

Embark on a collective journey of movement, creativity and play!

Join us in a supportive and empowering environment/playground where you can explore movement without limitations for self-expression, connection and collaboration. Through non-verbal communication and active listening, movers learn to respond to one another’s movements, creating a unique and dynamic conversation and a sense of community. These sessions are a chance to let loose, have fun and connect with others. Get ready to dive into your imagination, take risks and create unforgettable moments with fellow artists.
